安森美半導體(ON Semiconductor)推出一系列新產品,簡化及加速運算平台的設計,包括應用於即將發佈的第二代 Intel Core 處理器系列(代號Sandy Bridge)。

這些新產品包括高能效電源管理元件,以及應用於高頻寬通訊接口、降低能耗及節省電路板空間的先進積體電路(IC)。

安森美半導體此次新推出的產品中,包括用於CPU穩壓的先進控制器IC、新系列的高能效高端穩壓(HSVR)MOSFET,以及公司針對常見高頻寬通訊接口設計的開關系列中的首批產品。這些技術進一步擴充安森美半導體用於桌上型電腦、筆記型電腦和伺服器等平台方案的陣容,其中還包括系統輸入端元件及用於保護和熱管理的元件。

新款NCP61xx系列整合控制器兼具FlexMode和雙緣(Dual-Edge)脈衝寬調變(PWM)優勢,為VR12和IMVP-7設計提供業界最高能效及最高性能的控制器。這些新的先進元件包括NCP6151, NCP6121, 和 NCP6132,它們均提供用戶可配置的相位配置,整合真正的差分電壓感測、差分電感直流電阻(DCR)電流感測、輸入電壓前饋,以及用於精確穩定電源的自適應電壓定位(adaptive voltage positioning)功能。

每款元件均提供分離(split)電流環路配置,縮短調諧(tuning)時間及降低複雜度,進而簡化設計入選(design-in);其中,結合了DCR電流感測功能的雙緣PWM對動態負載事件提供最快的初始對應。控制環路的非線性瞬態對應滿足高性能應用的要求,而30毫伏/秒(mV/s)的轉換速率,結合前饋功能,將充電和放電時間縮至最短,用於高能效工作。輕載工作期間自動“切相”至單相工作,進一步提升了能效。.

結合這些NCP61xx控制器IC與安森美半導體提供的業界最小的MOSFET驅動器NCP5901和NCP5911 MOSFET驅動器,來創建用於客戶端級和企業級計算應用的完整供電方案。

在供電方面,安森美半導體新的NTMFS49xx、NTTFS49xx、NTD49xx和NTMS49xx高端穩壓MOSFET非常適合高能效運算電源管理應用。

這系列的11款新的高能效MOSFET使用先進矽技術,經過了最佳化,在降壓轉換器控制端應用中提供最佳的開關性能。每款新元件均提供極低的門電荷(Qg)和門阻抗(Rg),將開關損耗降至最低,並改善訊號品質;提供低電容,將驅動器損耗降至最低;提供低導通阻抗(RDS(ON)),提高總能效。這些穩壓 MOSFET採用SO8FL、u8FL、SOIC8和DPAK/IPAK封裝。

安森美半導體還推出了高速開關系列的首批產品NS3L500和NCN2612,配合下一代計算平台中將常見的計算接口高頻寬和低功率要求。這些元件提供的頻寬適合以千兆位以太網(GbE)、DisplayPort 1.2和PCI Express 2.1要求的速度開關,同時比競爭產品還降低能耗80%。超低的導通阻抗和電容將訊號衰減降至最低,確保提供趨近零的傳播延遲。這些元件採用WQFN56封裝以減小佔用的電路板空間。

安森美半導體用於ATX電源的新產品NCP1910高性能組合控制器將桌上型個人電腦電源的功率因數校正(PFC)和主電源段控制器整合為單顆IC方案。

此元件採用連續導電模式(CCM)功率因數校正和半橋諧振雙電感加單電容(LLC)轉換器,用於高能效80 PLUS金級/白金級能效設計。

NCP1910結合PFC和LLC控制器於單芯片中,整合這兩個轉換器所需的全部訊號交換(handshaking)功能,提高了可靠性,支援更簡單、更高密度的設計。

NCP1910的設計用於ATX、一體成型主機(all-in-one)及伺服器電源,採用SOIC-24封裝。
